Snowflake Ventures Backs Agency, a Snowflake Startup Accelerator Alum, in Series A Round
Agency, a graduate of the Snowflake Startup Accelerator, has secured Series A funding led in part by Snowflake Ventures as the team builds what it describes as a “superintelligent AI co-worker for customer success.”
The investment highlights how accelerator-backed startups are advancing into the next stage of growth by applying AI directly to major enterprise challenges. In this case, Agency is targeting a growing pain point for SaaS companies: Even as customer success budgets expand, net revenue retention is falling for most teams. Traditional headcount-heavy support models are proving too slow and too expensive.
Built inside the accelerator — now scaling beyond it
During the accelerator program, Agency worked closely with Snowflake engineers, refined its go-to-market strategy with design partners, and rapidly built on Snowflake’s data platform. This groundwork enabled the company to move quickly toward a full commercial launch.
Now, with fresh funding, Agency aims to scale the platform — a system built to deliver customer success at enterprise level without proportional staffing increases.
Turning unified data into an AI engine
Agency’s product sits directly on top of customer data already centralized in Snowflake from tools like Salesforce, ERP systems and ITSM platforms. By building on this single source of truth, Agency eliminates the need to integrate scattered systems and can leverage Snowflake’s native governance and security.
The platform at work
The core of Agency’s product is Kai, an autonomous agent trained on calls, emails, calendars and other customer signals. Kai compiles account histories automatically, analyzes portfolios in seconds, flags risks and opportunities and drafts personalized communications and summaries with full context.
The new capital will also support expanded enterprise integrations, go-to-market automation and future use cases across sales, marketing and product.
For accelerators and early-stage founders, Agency’s trajectory is another example of how accelerator programs can speed up validation, sharpen product direction and help startups secure institutional investment. Agency’s journey from accelerator participant to Series A marks a strong case study of that path in action.
